Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and the travel details you choose to include. It also records the source page, submission time and your privacy acknowledgement and optional email marketing choice. Hosting and security systems may process technical information, including IP addresses and browser information, to operate and protect the website.
Please do not send passport copies, payment card details, medical information or other sensitive documents through this form. If additional information is needed for a booking, we will explain how to provide it appropriately.

We do not sell information submitted through this form.
If arranging a requested service requires sharing relevant details with an aircraft operator or another service provider, the necessary information and any additional privacy requirements will be addressed as part of that enquiry. Retention
The website form database is configured to remove submissions after 365 days through scheduled housekeeping. This does not automatically erase related emails or separate booking records. Records needed for an ongoing enquiry, contractual obligations, accounting requirements or a dispute may be held for the period required for that purpose. Contact us to request deletion or details about a particular record.
Your choices and rights
