Information to help you use this site and understand what happens when you send a request.

Website information

Strata Aero provides this website to introduce private aviation services, aircraft types and destinations. Aircraft images, specifications and layouts are indicative. The actual aircraft, operator, cabin, availability and suitability must be confirmed for each proposed flight.

Sending an enquiry

Submitting a form asks our team to contact you about your requirements. It does not reserve an aircraft, confirm a price, take payment or create a flight booking. You are under no obligation to proceed simply because you send an enquiry.

Quotes and bookings

Any proposal is subject to confirmation of availability, operational feasibility and the terms supplied with that proposal. A booking proceeds only under separately provided and accepted booking documents. The relevant contracting parties, operating carrier, price, payment arrangements, cancellation rules and applicable conditions must be identified before you commit.

Travel requirements

Flight operation can depend on weather, airport restrictions, slots, permits and the operator’s safety decisions. Passport, visa, customs and other travel requirements must be checked for the proposed itinerary. Please provide accurate information and do not submit another person’s personal information unless you are authorised to do so.

Responsible website use

Please do not misuse the forms, send unlawful material, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access. Website content and third-party materials remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights.

External links

Links to airports, operators and other sources are provided for reference. Their content and services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Your information and rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry information is handled. Optional marketing is a separate choice. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
